It's no secret that technology essentially drives the financial services industry today -- at least it provides the tools to do so. As a result, credit unions are always scanning the horizon for new tech tools to help better serve their members and enhance in-house operations. A really fun and innovative way to do this is to host a hack-a-thon for programmers to team up and spend a couple days creating cool new apps to achieve these goals.
That said, CU Build is gearing up for this summer's "Build-a-Thon" to do just that. We invited American Airlines Federal Credit Union Manager of Application Development Brad Hickey and CUTEK Vice President of Projects and Consulting Adele Glenn on the program to provide all the details of this big event, which will take place in Dallas, TX, June 12-14, 2020.
If you're ready to geek out in a good way and create some amazing new tech to benefit of credit unions -- and inhale piles of pizza, pretzels, and Red Bull, get your ideas ready and get on the list for next steps in CU Build's 2020 Build-a-Thon. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
