Digital transformations within credit unions are more than just implementing digital products and services. If you do it right, it's a cultural change. And this is what many credit unions have experienced in the last six months when their digital transformations were put into turbo mode to get done and delivered. Transforming one's cultural, however, can be a tall order.
To put things in perspective, Alliant Credit Union Director, Digital Banking Chris Hill joined us on the show to share his experiences in enacting cultural change needed for an agile, truly customer-centric enterprise transformation.
Here's what we asked him:
Can you explain what enacting a cultural change needed for an agile, customer-centric enterprise transformation is? What is this cultural change?
Can you share what you all did at Alliant that led to a cultural change? (Steps, advice?)
Since you did this, what has been life like at Alliant? (Any results to share?)
How has this culture change benefited Alliant?
What were your goals undertaking this endeavor?
Fantastic takeaways in this talk with Chris. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
