You can't take a breath today without seeing a headline about ChatGPT and how it's going to change the world. Well, we thought we would see how ChatGPT would change credit union marketing and invited WebStrategies' CEO Chris Leone on the show to share his insights in this area.
Chris discussed what exactly is ChatGPT and how it works, as well as how people are starting to use it and how Google and Bing are incorporating this AI tech into their search engines.
More importantly, Chris covered how can this technology can disrupt and impact credit union marketing. He also shares how credit unions can use it to start producing their own content.
NOTE: At the 7:19 and 17:52 marks, Chris demos ChatGPT in various ways to show its potential. But, as we can see, it's not quite ready for prime time yet. It will be sooner than you think, though.
