Zest AI’s President Mike de Vere and Origence's VP, Partnerships Bill Lynch joined us in the Studio Lounge to talk about how Zest Protect, a fully integrated, seamless fraud detection solution, integration with Origence arc OS loan origination system delivers smarter, seamless AI fraud detection to lenders nationwide.

Mike and Bill shared an overview on integration that enables Origence clients with smarter, AI-powered solutions to detect and prevent fraud during the loan application process, all without slowing down decisioning or compromising the member experience.

They also detailed how Zest Protect actually integrates with Origence’s arc OS loan integration system that, ultimately, mitigates fraud threats, which have continued to escalate, with 33% of credit unions reporting a 50% to 100% increase in scam cases in 2024.

Bill and Mike wrapped up discussing the goal to provide credit unions with the tools to confidently approve more loans while protecting their credit unions and members.
