Janusea’s Kyle Stutzman returned to the show for an insightful discussion on today's regulatory questions, risks, vendor relationships -- using the recent Synapse collapse as an example.

Kyle addressed what credit unions can learn from the Synapse bankruptcy, as well as, with banking as a service and fintechs talked about freely in these narratives, it can cause concerns and questions.

He also talked about fintechs Janusea is working with being focused on enabling credit union services, adding credit union members, and enhancing employee and member access to improve credit union banking -- which is different than a fintech using a credit union or bank to gain it’s own customer base and offer banking services directly, which compete with credit unions.

Lastly, Kyle shared how it’s similar and different for Janusea's credit unions – what risk profiles look like and how different fintechs’ business model impacts FI risk.

Fascinating talk once again with Mr. Stutzman. Check it out and let us know your thoughts. And be sure to watch the entire episode below for all the details.
