First Tech Federal Credit Union Chief People Officer Monique Little joined us to share how her credit union's 5th Annual Dave and Dan Classic raised $1.2 million for area Children's Hospitals. Monique informed us on what's different about their charity golf tournament -- which has two NFL Hall of Famers Dave Wilcox and Dan Fouts as hosts. That's a stellar start.

She also discussed what makes this event so successful each year, as this tournament has raised more than $6.5 million since its inception. So Monique was more than happy to provide some expert advice on her experiences running a thriving charitable event.

NAFCU President/CEO Dan Berger joined us on the show to discuss details from his recent meeting with Treasury Department Secretary Steven Mnuchin discussing various topics such as regulatory burden, CFPB, industry growth, and much more.

Dan was joined by NAFCU EVP of Government Affairs/General Counsel Carrie Hunt -- along with Washington Gas Light FCU's Lynette Smith, State Department FCU's Jan N. Roche (NAFCU Board member), and Caltech Employees FCU's Richard L. Harris (NAFCU Board chair). In lieu of total eclipse day, we're shedding a little light on the dark web for credit unions with CSCU Director of Payments Lou Grilli. A lot is still unknown to many when it comes to the ways of the dark web and its impact on many industries -- including credit unions.

So we invited Lou to share with us his knowledge based his recent post on The Payments Review: "How credit unions can make their members' data less valuable on the dark web." Lou outlines five ways credit unions can achieve this goal and much more.
