CUES Emerge is back! Apply to participate by Feb 12...

CUES Emerge, the no-cost educational program for up-and-coming credit union leaders, is back! It offers:

• A valuable seven-week online educational component
• The opportunity to collaborate with your peers as you learn
• Small cohorts to assist in the development of a business case 
• The ability to earn the Certified Credit Union Manager (CCM) designation

Interested? Here’s what you need to know:

1. First, Raise Your Hand! Apply by February 12—space is limited!
2. Learn from the Best. Interactive online sessions to build knowledge and connections.
3. Peer Collaboration. Small group mastermind sessions—led by a mentor—to focus on a business case developed for your credit union.
4. Roll up Your Sleeves. The program will culminate with each participant submitting their business case, due June 24.
5. Earn a Designation. All participants who complete the program requirements and business case will receive a Certified Credit Union Manager designation.

​From there, you’ll have the option to enter the competition phase, which includes a selection of:

• Five finalists, who will receive personalized guidance to prepare for the Emerge Online Pitch Show.
• The Top Three emerging leaders, who will receive a tiered educational and coaching prize package.
• The ultimate winner, who will earn the title of 2024 CUES Emerging Leader along with the prize package and industry recognition.
