Digital banking solutions provider Tyfone today announced that iTHINK Financial Credit Union (iTHINK Financial) has selected its nFinia® Digital Banking platform to deliver a feature-rich, self-service digital banking experience to its members. The credit union cited the configurability of the platform and Tyfone’s commitment to true partnership as the primary drivers of its decision.

Headquartered in Delray Beach, Fla., with more than $2.3 billion in assets and over 116,000 members, iTHINK Financial is migrating to nFinia to fulfill its core mission of “Service Excellence,” ensuring every member enjoys a memorable and delightful banking experience. According to the credit union, nFinia will be integral in expanding its digital banking footprint, reducing branch traffic and providing members with advanced self-service tools that meet their needs anytime, anywhere.

“Tyfone’s nFinia platform is more than a digital banking app, it is the primary interaction channel through which our members experience everything iTHINK Financial has to offer,” said Ed Cervantes, Chief Technology Officer, iTHINK Financial Credit Union. “What truly set Tyfone apart is their vision and their ability to deliver on it. They understand our members, our culture and our need for flexibility. With nFinia, our members can now handle any banking transaction, including complex ones, completely online or through the mobile app, putting everything they need right at their fingertips.”

The nFinia Digital Banking platform is a scalable and highly configurable solution that delivers an intuitive, personalized banking experience for members. Built with the end user in mind, nFinia’s open, API-driven architecture enables iTHINK Financial to seamlessly integrate with third-party applications, allowing members to access all the financial tools they rely on, from budgeting to loan management, within a single, unified digital banking experience.

“We are not an out-of-the-box credit union, and Tyfone isn’t an out-of-the-box technology provider,” continued Cervantes. “They listen to our feedback, act on our recommendations and are genuinely invested in our success. Tyfone’s team is available around the clock, responds quickly and approaches every challenge as a true partner. We believe this relationship will play an integral role in our future success.”

iTHINK Financial will also leverage Tyfone’s Skip-A-Pay and Quick Pay solutions. These loan servicing tools enhance the member experience by offering added flexibility and convenience in managing loan payments, while also creating new revenue opportunities for the credit union. Skip-A-Pay is a fully automated loan payment deferral solution that gives members direct control over eligible payment deferrals. Quick Pay allows members to make loan payments from a variety of funding sources, with or without logging in to the credit union’s digital banking platform.

“Like iTHINK Financial, Tyfone also prioritizes a culture built on service excellence,” said Siva Narendra, CEO of Tyfone. “We understand the unique business challenges facing credit unions in today’s increasingly competitive market and we’re committed to providing advanced technology solutions that ensure longterm success. iTHINK Financial’s members deserve a best-in-class digital banking experience, and together, we’re going to deliver exactly that.”
