In this role, Winninger will lead initiatives aimed at accelerating the company’s expansion across North and South America, with a strong focus on strategic growth, partnerships, and transformative technology solutions for community-based financial institutions.

A respected leader in the credit union and fintech sectors, Winninger brings well over a decade of experience building scalable, mission-aligned organizations. Most recently, she served as President and CEO of Xtend, a CUSO serving hundreds of credit unions nationwide. Under her leadership, Xtend became a recognized authority in cooperative service delivery, member experience, and operational efficiency.

At BankSocial, Winninger will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy, forging high-impact partnerships, and advancing the organization’s vision to create an open, secure, and inclusive financial ecosystem powered by accessible, modern technology.
