Lodestar Technologies to Centralize Data for Firefighters First Federal Credit Union

As the culmination in a series of discovery meetings, Lodestar Technologies has signed its newest client: Firefighters First Federal Credit Union. The Lodestar platform will serve as the financial cooperative’s centralized source of truth for data from its core system and several third-party data sources.

To fulfill the new partnership agreement, Lodestar will operationalize a data warehouse and BI analytics platform across the Firefighters First FCU organization. The Lodestar platform will provide the credit union with a tool to build dashboards and reporting for the credit union’s departments and lines of business. The solutions will facilitate standardization of data that can be customized by each department as needed.

Once live, the data warehouse and BI analytics and reporting platform will help Firefighters First employees spend less time pulling and preparing data and more time analyzing data. This will enable the credit union’s business units to make strategic decisions more effectively and gain greater insights to enhance the member experience.
