Members Mobile Inc. (“Members Mobile,” the “Company”) today announced the nationwide launch of its high-speed 4G/5G mobile offering with integrated fintech services built specifically for credit unions and their members. Members Mobile gives credit unions a new way to digitally engage with their members by offering mobile service as a member benefit, with compelling savings, digital onboarding, and credit union account integration built into a member-friendly experience.

Through Members Mobile, credit unions can offer members simple mobile plans, reliable nationwide 4G/5G service, premium support, and money-saving benefits, including direct Cash ShareBacks™ paid into the member’s credit union account. “We are pleased to announce our commercial service launch across the U.S. Credit unions have earned a unique level of trust with their members, and we believe mobile service is a natural extension of that relationship," said Gary Brandt, Co-founder and Chairman of Members Mobile.

As a credit union service organization, or CUSO, the company is launching with MSUFCU as its founding credit union partner, the first of a dozen credit unions already signed on for expansion across the U.S. representing, cumulatively, more than 2.5 million members.

The Members Mobile proprietary technology platform, VIMplicity™, is designed to seamlessly connect mobile activation with digital account onboarding – within a single App and digital-first experience. Members can sign up for wireless service, activate through eSIM or physical SIM, and connect their mobile plan with their existing credit union account or open a new account – within minutes. Members Mobile also provides additional benefits such as Cash ShareBacks™, Data SafetyNet™, and Very Important Member (“VIM”) Support.

Luis Jimenez-Tunon, Members Mobile Co-founder, added, "Members are looking for simpler, more transparent ways to manage everyday expenses. Members Mobile gives credit unions a new way to help members save money, stay connected, and align more of their financial life with the credit union."

According to J.D. Power, the average American spends about $141 a month on wireless once device payments, fees, and taxes are included. Survey results across several credit unions and more than 1,235 members, indicate that 66% of members can save over $300 per year and 43% can save over $540 per year by switching to Members Mobile.

For members, the experience is simple: they can choose a Members Mobile plan from the Company’s App or website, bring their own compatible smartphone, keep their current phone number or get a new number, and start activation digitally in just a few clicks, with support available along the way. For new credit union accounts, the Company can seamlessly guide new members through a digital account opening within minutes. Members Mobile plans to expand its fintech capabilities to include additional credit union products and services, including cards, savings, lending, and device insurance and financing.

Members Mobile’s mission is to help credit unions bring money and mobile together in a way that creates real value for members and credit union partners.

Members can learn more and enroll at membersmobile.com or by downloading the Members Mobile app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
