Movemint, (formerly Digital Storefront) an embedded digital marketing platform for community financial institutions, today announced the appointments of Dermot Loughran as Director of Business Development and Amaha Selassie as Vice President of Business Development. The company also welcomed Avery Flynn as Business Development Executive, rounding out a strong team focused on advancing Movemint’s go-to-market strategy.

“2026 marks a pivotal moment for Movemint," said Brian Bodell, CEO of Movemint. "Following our recent rebranding and the addition of a highly experienced Board of Directors, we are positioning our business development team for accelerated growth. Dermot and Amaha have proven track records in cultivating strong client partnerships and driving measurable results. Together with Avery, they will play a key role in expanding our reach and ensuring our financial institution clients achieve success with our solutions."

Loughran brings extensive experience in sales and account leadership. Most recently, he was Senior Director of Strategic Enterprise Accounts at Ministry Brands, where he guided his team into new sales processes and account retention strategies through a new consultative sales model. His career also includes leadership roles at Backbase, Fiserv, Harland Financial, The New York Credit Union Association and ESL Federal Credit Union giving him extensive familiarity with digital banking, fintech partnerships and credit union ecosystems.

Selassie, a seasoned payments and partnerships executive, joins Movemint from Deluxe, where he expanded the company’s embedded payments ecosystem as Strategic Partnership Development Manager. Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer at eMailACheck, he led the company to a 243% growth in revenue within a single year. His experience spans executive roles at EpicPay, Elavon, Moneris, Up Solutions and Mercury Payment Systems.

Flynn was most recently a Senior Account Executive at Harness, an embedded software technology provider, where she led enterprise sales engagements and strategic expansion efforts in the nonprofit sector and was recognized as Account Executive of the Year. She brings experience working with technology-forward nonprofits who work closely with credit unions and growth-focused teams.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dermot, Amaha and Avery to Movemint,” Bodell added. “Their collective experience in financial technology, payments, and strategic partnerships will be central to executing our go-to-market strategy and helping clients connect engagement to action across every channel.”

Movemint’s platform is designed to help financial institutions convert digital engagement into measurable outcomes by integrating data, automation, and performance insights across digital banking, branch, contact center, and marketing channels. The company’s embedded finance approach supports modern consumer expectations and enables credit unions and banks to deepen relationships while increasing product adoption and non-interest income.
