OneAZ Announces Mike Boden Named New President & CEO

OneAZ Credit Union is thrilled to announce that Mike Boden has been named President & CEO. Boden, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer and most recently as interim CEO, brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and a strong commitment to values-based service.

"Mike is the right leader to serve OneAZ in the next chapter,” said Georganna Meyer, Chair of the OneAZ Board of Directors. “He’s exemplified a strong, future-forward mindset and a deep respect for the values that OneAZ holds dear. For the past 10 years at OneAZ, Mike has earned the trust and support of OneAZ’s associates and the community. The Board of Directors is confident in his ability to serve our members and strengthen our community.”

Boden joined OneAZ in 2014. As Chief Financial Officer, he’s played an integral role in overseeing the credit union’s financial stability and security, while guiding the organization’s growth and resilience. Mike has also been a member of OneAZ for over 30 years.

An executive leader with 30 years of experience in building and supporting world-class financial institutions, Mike is deeply committed to fostering a people-first culture. He has a proven record of leading, motivating, and inspiring organizations to achieve strategic objectives while promoting individual growth and inclusion. His ability to align priorities with a clear strategic vision has led to measurable success. Before joining OneAZ, Mike spent 20 years in progressive leadership roles at American Express, including serving as Controller for Global Corporate Payments and Global Travel Services, Director of International Finance & Reporting, and Manager of International Treasury Services.
