Princeton Federal Credit Union (‘PFCU’), has officially launched Mahalo Banking's Thoughtful Banking® platform, marking a significant upgrade to its digital banking services. The platform adoption provides PFCU with a more accessible and adaptable digital banking solution to better serve its diverse membership base.

Mahalo empowers PFCU to elevate the member experience with a feature-rich platform seamlessly integrated with its Corelation Keystone core system. What sets Mahalo’s Thoughtful Banking® solution apart is its strong commitment to inclusivity—designed to accommodate Spanish-speaking members, individuals with dyslexia, those with flash sensitivity, and users sensitive to bright backgrounds or flashing elements.

Melissa Evans, Accounting Manager at PFCU, said, “Our go-live experience with Mahalo was seamless, thanks to the dedicated support from its team throughout the process. What truly differentiates Mahalo is a commitment to collaboration; credit union partners are actively encouraged to provide input on platform enhancements, ensuring the technology evolves to meet our members’ needs. Mahalo’s dedication to inclusivity and customization for our member experience, as well as the team’s deep industry experience, made selecting the Thoughtful Banking® solution an easy choice for us.”

Members experience increased security through Mahalo’s Credential Assurance Technology (CAT) that eliminates credential stuffing threats without disrupting the registration process. Mahalo’s Thoughtful Banking® solution offers a range of Keystone core-driven capabilities without the need for third-party integrations, along with an array of financial management features for user convenience, including enhanced debit card controls, secure messaging with attachment capabilities, Skip-a-Pay options, and overdraft protection. Additionally, its neurodiversity-friendly design allows members to adjust fonts for improved readability, adjust colors to support various types of color blindness, and select language preferences to ensure accessibility for all members.

“Mahalo’s platform integrates effortlessly with the Keystone core system and offers an intuitive interface that has received excellent feedback from our team and our members,” said Sean Riley, Director of Technology Solutions at PFCU. “The enhanced functionality that Mahalo delivered empowers our credit union to provide a more modern and flexible digital banking experience, reinforcing PFCU’s commitment to building lifelong, trusted relationships with members.”

“PFCU’s commitment to security, simplicity, and member-first service aligns seamlessly with Mahalo’s vision for digital banking,” said Denny Howell, COO of Mahalo. “We strive to deliver digital banking solutions that are not only secure and feature-rich but also genuinely inclusive. Our Thoughtful Banking® platform is designed for accessibility and ease of use, ensuring that all members—regardless of language preference, neurodiversity, or unique financial needs—have the tools to manage their finances with confidence and convenience.”
