Synergent® is proud to share a new partnership with Richland Federal Credit Union, which has signed a ten-year agreement for hosted Jack Henry™ Symitar® core processing. The credit union has also entered into five-year agreements for a suite of integrated services, including digital banking, bill pay, mobile deposit capture, check fraud detection, check processing, statement processing, and check printing.

For Richland Federal Credit Union, the decision reflects a practical approach to technology investment that prioritizes reliability, security, and long-term continuity for both staff and members. It supports strong operations today while keeping future member needs firmly in view.

“This partnership with Synergent represents a thoughtful, long-term investment in our credit union, our staff, and our members,” said Corliss Wasson, Interim CEO of Richland Federal Credit Union. “We’re excited to modernize our core system and introduce new technologies that enhance both the staff and member experience, while giving us the ability to grow, innovate, and deliver new products and services well into the future—all while maintaining the dependable service our members rely on.”

Day-to-day, the partnership is designed to support the people behind the credit union—providing a stable, well-supported technology environment so staff can stay focused on serving members. With core systems and key services aligned under one provider, Richland Federal Credit Union will have the consistency and support needed to manage operations confidently while planning thoughtfully for what comes next.

“Richland Federal Credit Union has a long history rooted in serving its community and supporting the people who rely on it,” said Tyler Hudson, President of Synergent. “We value the trust they’ve placed in Synergent as a long-term partner and look forward to supporting their team with dependable technology and personalized service.”
