Rize Credit Union (Rize) announced additional efforts to support Los Angeles wildfire recovery and rebuilding, including limited-edition LA Strong apparel, direct donations and a dedicated impact certificate. All Rize Credit Union wildfire relief and recovery efforts can be found at RizeCU.com/SupportLA.

Rize Credit Union is offering limited-edition LA Strong apparel, including pullover and zip-up hoodies and trucker hats for those looking to wear their support, with 100% of the proceeds going to local recovery efforts. LA Strong apparel starts at $30 and is available for purchase at RizeCU.com/SupportLA.

Members and the community who want to make an immediate impact toward wildfire recovery can now give direct donations through the credit union’s website. Every dollar donated goes directly to rebuilding and recovery efforts and is 100% tax-deductible.

For an easy way to support the community without out-of-pocket donations, Rize has expanded their 24-month Impact Certificate to now include CA Wildfire Relief as a beneficiary. Anyone who opens an Impact Certificate earns a competitive 3% APY, with Rize donating an additional 2% to a choice of causes. With this update, depositors can now direct their contributions toward wildfire relief efforts, providing critical support to affected communities. For more information or to open an Impact Certificate, visit RizeCU.com/SupportLA.

“As Los Angeles begins to recover from the devastating impact of the wildfires, we felt it was important to offer additional ways for our members and the larger community to continue to support those directly impacted as well as rebuilding efforts,” said Jennifer Oliver, president and CEO of Rize Credit Union. “Whether you’re wearing your support with our limited-edition LA Strong apparel, making a direct donation through our website or opening an Impact Certificate – no action or amount contributed is too small and Rize is proud to be a part of the recovery.”

Assistance and support announced previously for those affected by the wildfire is still ongoing and includes essential item donation drives, opening branch locations for temporary community workspaces and a dedicated hotline for impacted members to access emergency financial relief.
