Powered by AI-driven voice biometrics, IllumaSHIELD™ passively authenticates members during normal conversation, replacing knowledge-based verification methods in the contact center and self-service channels. The solution mitigates risks from deepfakes, social engineering, and account takeover, while improving operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
