Spotlighting the Industry’s Trailblazers: 2026 CUES Awards Nominations Now Open

​Nominations are open through May 15 for the 2026 CUES Awards & Recognition program, which honors individuals and credit unions whose impact is driving progress and strengthening the communities they serve.
 
“The CUES Awards & Recognition program reflects the very best of our industry—leaders and organizations who act with purpose, deliver meaningful results, and have a positive influence on the future of the movement,” said Brian Cacic, CUES VP/Member Experience.
 
Nominate the leaders and credit unions driving positive change in these categories:

• John Pembroke Catalyst for Change Award—Recognizes a credit union that champions an inclusive culture, supports employees, and advances positive change in the workplace, community, and the broader industry.
• CUES Outstanding Chief Executive Award—Celebrates a CEO whose achievements demonstrate exceptional leadership, a commitment to motivating teams, and a sustained dedication to community impact.
• CUES Distinguished Director Award—Honors a board or committee member who has provided outstanding service and helped strengthen their credit union and/or the credit union movement.

 
“All CUES members are encouraged to get involved in the nomination process,” Cacic said. “Submitting a nomination is a great way to recognize leaders who inspire others and reflect the credit union movement’s values.”
