TriUnity Foundation is proud to announce it has received its largest single investment to date with a donation given by Google.

Google has donated $10,000 as part of its Google Ad Grants, which provides nonprofits such as TriUnity Foundation funds in the form of in-kind search advertising. This grant will allow TriUnity Foundation to reach a wider audience while increasing awareness, participation and donations in support of the foundation’s efforts to help eliminate the strain of financial debt for those who are facing a terminal illness.

“Google’s support through its Ad Grants program is a clear signal: this mission matters and deserves a bigger microphone,” said LeAnn Case, Board Chair of TriUnity Foundation. “If Google is helping us reach the credit union community, credit unions and industry partners can — and should — join in so awareness becomes action for members in crisis.”

TriUnity Foundation was launched by credit unions — and remains powered by them — as a movement to deliver on the industry’s founding promise of “people helping people.” By bringing together credit unions, their members and communities at large, the foundation hopes to continue to spread awareness of the foundation and partner with more credit unions nationwide in a unified movement that can deliver critical relief when it matters most.

Google recognizes that nonprofits such as TriUnity Foundation are crucial to our communities, having awarded over $10 billion in grants to over 115,000 nonprofits since 2013. Grants awarded have spanned from local food banks feeding communities, to international aid organizations responding during times of crisis, and now to TriUnity Foundation.

“TriUnity was built and is powered by credit unions and credit union industry vendor partners,” Case added. “Google’s support helps us reach more people; now we’re inviting the movement to match that momentum with partnership, funding, and referrals that deliver real relief.”
