Tucson Federal Credit Union Enhances Member Security with IllumaSHIELD™

Tucson Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has partnered with Illuma, the leader in voice authentication and caller fraud prevention technology, to deploy IllumaSHIELD™ across its contact centers—bringing faster, more secure member verification through voice biometrics.

The IllumaSHIELD™ solution passively authenticates members in real time during live calls, replacing traditional security questions with an effortless voiceprint process. This allows TFCU to shorten call times, reduce fraud risk, and deliver a more seamless member experience.
