UFCU Names Financial Services Leader Sumeet Grover as Chief Strategic Growth and Digital Officer

UFCU, one of Texas's largest and fastest growing credit unions, today announced it has welcomed Sumeet Grover as its EVP - Chief Strategic Growth and Digital Officer. Grover, a renowned financial services thought leader and longtime banking executive, joins UFCU as a member of its senior executive team, where he will provide added leadership and expertise as UFCU becomes the most modern and technologically advanced credit union in the United States – focused on impacting millions of lives through personalized, accessible, secure, and innovative financial solutions.

Previously, Grover served as EVP and Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at Alliant Credit Union, the largest digital credit union in the United States. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades at Citibank, where he held leadership positions in marketing, digital, client experience, operations and technology. Throughout his career, Grover has provided transformational leadership across digital banking, marketing, product management, banking operations, payments, analytics, and member experience functions – all at the forefront of driving industry-leading growth, modernization, and member satisfaction.

He holds a bachelor's degree in science, a master's in business administration, a fellowship from The Marketing Academy, and certifications from The Wharton School, Yale School of Management, and Columbia Business School.
