Wescom Credit Union Opens Knott’s Berry Farm Branch, Bringing Convenient & Tech-Forward Banking to Southern California’s Original Theme Park

​Wescom, one of the largest community credit unions in California, has officially opened its Knott’s Berry Farm Branch, conveniently located in Knott’s California Marketplace, just steps away from the main gate of the theme park in Buena Park.
 
“Last year we announced our strategic partnership with Knott’s as their Official Banking Partner and opening our newest Wescom branch adjacent to the theme park really brings this partnership to life,” stated Michael Cederbaum, Vice President, Partner Development at Wescom. “By opening this new branch we’re providing convenient, better banking services to Knott’s associates, season passholders, and park guests, as well as current Wescom members and the community at large.”
 
The opening of Wescom’s 30th branch in the state of California – and its ninth branch in Orange County – further expands its membership growth initiatives into the consumer experience space with a brand that, like Wescom, is deeply rooted in California.
 
The branch design pays homage to the location, featuring imagery of the historic berry farm, and provides a modern banking experience - with the latest technology, innovative branch design and accessible teller stations to allow for more meaningful interactions between members and Wescom team members. Should members choose to bank virtually, Wescom continues to offer its top-rated mobile banking app, online banking, and other digital banking options that allow members to bank on the go without compromising service.

New Wescom Members

The new Wescom Knott’s Berry Farm Branch is located across from Virginia’s Gift Shop in Knott’s California Marketplace. The branch is open Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will be closed on Sundays.
