Wings Credit Union announced today that it has entered a multiyear partnership with Minnesota Timberwolves power forward Naz Reid. The collaboration builds on Wings’ existing partnership with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, where Wings serves as the official credit union of both teams and the presenting partner of the Timberwolves Retail Artist Series.

Reid, one of the league’s most popular fan-favorite players, will work with Wings and help design a limited-edition Wings debit card to launch later this year that reflects his connection to Wolves fans and the broader Twin Cities community.

His on-court performance will continue to make a difference off the court as well. Through Wings’ “Hoops for Hunger” initiative, the credit union donates $15 to Every Meal for every Timberwolves 3-pointer made this season. The effort supports children across Minnesota who face weekend food gaps and already generated $12,945 in 2025-26. Reid’s shooting has been a steady contributor to that support, with 142 made 3 pointers this season as of March 2.

“The energy Wolves fans bring makes me want to give back to the Twin Cities on and off the court,” Reid said. “Wings is doing meaningful work here, and I’m proud to be part of it.”

This partnership reflects the credit union’s focus on people and purpose.

“Naz is the definition of a culture carrier,” said Wings Chief Marketing Officer Amy Nigrelli. “He leads with heart, shows up for kids, and brings energy to his teammates every time he steps on the floor. Partnering with someone who already invests in this community is exactly what we want for Wings members and Wolves fans. We’re thrilled to work with Naz and look forward to celebrating his game, spirit, and impact.”

The partnership follows a year of major growth for Wings, which united with Colorado-based Ent Credit Union in a merger-of-equals on Jan. 1, 2026, to form an expanded member-owned cooperative serving nearly 1 million people and operating with dual headquarters in Apple Valley, Minn, and Colorado Springs, Colo. The combined organization continues to invest in community programs, financial access, and experiences that reflect its long-held mission to support people over profits.
