WyHy Federal Credit Union has selected Nook, a credit union service organization (CUSO) and Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner, to support data integration and CRM platform re-architecture as part of its broader member engagement strategy.

Following its initial HubSpot implementation with a previous partner, WyHy identified an opportunity to mature its data framework. Nook will deploy its proprietary Data Connector directly within the credit union’s secure environment, eliminating the need for third-party middleware and reducing data exposure risk.

“As our use of HubSpot continued to grow, we realized we needed to step back and make sure the foundation was solid,” said Matt Ballou, Chief Retail Officer at WyHy Federal Credit Union. “This wasn’t about adding more tools, it was about making sure our data is structured the right way so our teams can work more effectively and our members’ information stays secure. Nook’s experience in credit-union data architecture gave us confidence that we’re making the right long-term investment.”

Data integrity will also support tailored experiences that align with member needs.

“I’m excited to confidently communicate with our members in a way that speaks to where they actually are in their financial lives,” said Amy Davis, WyHy Director of Marketing. “Marketing goals revolve around growing our business in a meaningful way that supports our members, and we’ll feel secure in the way we make recommendations.”

Starting with strong data integrity is always part of Nook’s client goals.

“WyHy is thinking ahead by strengthening their HubSpot foundation before complexity compounds,” said Austin Wentzlaff, Founder and CEO of Nook. “With the right data architecture from the start, credit unions can reduce friction, keep operations running smoothly, and avoid technical debt that often comes as systems grow.”

Through this partnership, Nook will support WyHy with:
  • Secure data integration deployed within the credit union’s environment
  • HubSpot architecture designed for scalability, security, and long-term usability
  • Standardized data models to improve reporting, attribution, and automation
  • Optimization support to ensure the platform evolves alongside business needs

This partnership further reinforces Nook’s role as a leading HubSpot partner purpose-built for credit unions, with a focus on secure data infrastructure, governance, and long-term execution—rather than one-off implementations.
