About Us: We launched in 2001 as a traditional mortgage loan brokerage and in 2006 we originated our first Reverse Mortgage, we were quickly hooked on the gratifying feeling of having a positive impact on one’s financial wellbeing and transitioned to a Reverse Mortgage only organization. In 2007 we partnered with our first and one of the top credit unions in the Nation, Redwood Credit Union. Brett Martinez their President and CEO was seeking a responsible solution for his Members Reverse Mortgage needs. Brett knew his Members were obtaining Reverse Mortgages and that they might not have been receiving pricing or service levels that Redwood Credit Union provides.
