Founded in 1977 by industry leaders, EPL leverages leading technologies and extensive data analytics to customize innovative, open-architecture software solutions that improve the member experience and drive growth for credit unions of all sizes. i-POWER®, our comprehensive core solution and “Connection Suite” of products and services, provides our customers with a complete set of solutions, including: lending, collections, robust online banking, CRM, debit cards, document imaging, fraud detection, shared branching, and more. Our core solution delivers a 360 degree view of member-account relationships with intuitive links to process transactions and is a proven ASP-delivered software solution that provides credit unions with stable, day-to-day, front-and back-end transactional core processing hosted at our state-of-the-art and secure datacenters. Within i-POWER® exists a number of integrated technology assets that create unique value adds for our customers and serve to differentiate EPL within the industry.
As a credit union service organization, EPL is dedicated to providing our customers with highly-efficient software solutions and maintaining the personalized service credit union members have come to expect. We currently have 78 customers in 22 states, supported by 80 employees, numbers that continue to grow as we forge new relationships with credit unions across the country and broaden our access to resources.
In 2015, Dedagroup NA, the North American subsidiary of the Italian IT services group, Dedagroup, made a multi-million dollar investment in EPL. The group supports worldwide IT and digital business strategies in the areas of financial institutions, government and public administration, fashion and retail companies, public universities, healthcare organizations, and more. Headquartered in Trento, Italy, the Dedagroup network of companies serves more than 3,600 clients around the globe, including those in Mexico, the United States, France and the Middle East. Today, Dedagroup employs more than 1,600 team members in 20 offices, generating a revenue of approximately $3 billion in 2014 and a projected a growth rate of 13% in 2015.
