Established in 2003, OnApproach originally began as a data consultant company. In its first six years, OnApproach completed over 50 major projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Toro Company and Land O’ Lakes. During this time, OnApproach developed a reputation for successfully delivering complex data projects. In 2009, OnApproach completed a major reporting and analytics project for Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union (St.Paul, MN). Affinity Plus had become frustrated from multiple attempts to integrate data from disparate systems. While helping Affinity Plus integrate their own data, OnApproach realized that many other credit unions were in a similar situation, and could benefit from a standard enterprise integration solution — one that was compatible with any credit union’s information technology environment. This was the genesis of OnApproach M360™ Enterprise, a three year, multi-million dollar investment by OnApproach to build the first industry standard enterprise data warehouse and reporting and analytics platform for credit unions. With OnApproach M360 Enterprise, credit unions have an opportunity to greatly reduce the resources needed to execute a Big Data and Analytics initiative. Our common data model enables credit unions to “connect” to each other, allowing them to share reports, dashboards, and analytics applications. When a report or application is built by a credit union, it becomes available for use by all credit unions connected to the OnApproach M360™ Application Market. In addition, OnApproach M360™ Enterprise connects credit unions to an industry data pool that can be utilized for powerful analysis – possibly that was previously unachievable by a single credit union.
