It appears the credit union ADA website litigation has gone from bad to worse. How so? Well, CUNA Senior Director of Advocacy and Counsel Leah Dempsey joined us on the program to explain what's going on now with this issue that seems to be spreading nationwide now.

Leah provides some advice for credit unions to look to a recent and similar Domino's Pizza ADA website decision that will hopefully provide some relief for those caught up in litigation. She also adds some insight to credit unions not affected, yet, by this wave of lawsuits. But with the spread of this litigation, who knows who could be the next target?

CUNA will have a special panel discussing the recent rash of ADA lawsuits by predatory law firms at the upcoming GAC. I have a feeling that will be a standing room only session.
