I really enjoy seeing credit unions push the proverbial envelope when it comes to serving their members. Unitus Community Credit Union does just that by incorporating Apple's hugely popular iPad, which allows staff to proactively venture out to the field to serve members where they are most comfortable -- making house calls if you will. We spoke with the Unitus Community's Business Development Manager, Brett Wooden, about why and how they have incorporated the iPad into their daily work lives, along with the surprising results. Check out our talk when you get a chance and ask yourself how you can better serve your audience.
Visit Brett's blog post as he breaks down the ROI on credit unions using the iPad: "Credit Unions 2.0: How to Get New Members for Your Credit Union".
