Callahan's Chairman Chip Filson closed out our coverage of the 2019 Underground Collision in Washington, D.C. -- just as the sun came out. Chip talked about his topic of choice at the event: cooperative literacy.

He expanded on it with a theme for the morning's proceedings: If we think of ourselves as a movement with a mission that involves members, then we have a great future. But if we think of ourselves regarding size, number of loans and members and having that define us in the future, then we'll just become the merged financial services of the future.
