Best Innovation Group Product Director Elizabeth Robins visited the show to share the big news on BIG's FIVE voice banking platform winning the esteemed Project Voice Award -- which is a pretty big deal in the voice banking world. Elizabeth explains what this award means to the firm and all the credit unions who are signed up to use it. Voice banking is here and it's only going to proliferate even more so in 2020.
Elizabeth also discusses the latest update on BIG's CU Voice Registry, which is essentially a "Register.com" for voice banking names -- a.k.a. your credit union's name. Now's the time to get in and reserve your name, so when members use your credit union's unique name with Amazon's Alexa or Google Home those devices will recognize it.
Reminds me of the early days of registering your website's domain. Get the good ones now because they will be taken later. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
#2025: Truliant Leverages 'eClosings' to Decrease the Mortgage Closing Process from 2 Hours to 25 Minutes...
Truliant Federal Credit Union Vice President of Truliant Mortgage Services Beth Eller joined us on the show to share results from its "eClosings" mortgage lending program. According to Beth, the digital mortgage loan process can now close within 25 minutes as opposed to two hours. Subsequently, mortgage lending is clicking at Truliant these days.
But it all might not have happened without a unique partnership the credit union has with the North Carolina Secretary of State. I'll let Beth take it from here to explain how significant this digital process is for Truliant -- which will become standard operating procedure for financial institutions nationwide over the next few years.
Wonderful conversation with Beth with many takeaways on streamlining the mortgage lending process for quicker, more accurate closings. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.

#2023: How 'Breach Clarity Score' Helps Consumers Better Understand Data Breach Risk and Take Proper Action...
Just about any organization that has sensitive data stored on a server or in the cloud is a target for a data breach. Ask any leader of these organizations and a breach is one of their top concerns -- if not THE top concern.
To quell these concerns, data breach response tool Breach Clarity has been created to leverage its free Breach Clarity Score designed to help consumers more clearly understand data breach risk and take the most beneficial action. Think of it as a Richter Scale for publicly-recorded data breaches.
Well-known identity fraud expert Al Pascual and consumer protection researcher Jim Van Dyke co-founded the company to consult with and develop solutions for consumers and their financial institutions to better understand the personalized risk of every reported data breach in the U.S. Al joined us on the show to provide an inside look at the company that aims to help credit unions and banks stay out of the data breach headlines.
