After conducting hundreds of interviews and traveling to a couple dozen conferences in 2019, bloopers are bound to happen. And, naturally, we had a bunch this year ... all caught on camera.

But you have to take these things in stride and have a little fun with them or else they will drive you crazy. We strive to deliver the best product we can so the credit union message and all that surrounds it gets heard loud and clear and the movement can continue to charge ahead making its mark in the financial services arena. That's our goal for you.

On more than an occasion, however, we fall flat on our face -- having it all, again, caught on camera. Many folks over the years have asked about saving some of these hiccups and sharing them on a blooper reel. Well ... ask and you shall receive.

I finally got my act together and compiled most of my blunders during 2019 (that were camera worthy) and condensed them down to 13 minutes of pure, gut-wrenching joy. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I did putting it together -- a kind of Christmas present to send you all off with a smile for the holidays.
