Fort Worth Community Credit Union and advertising firm 3rd Degree collaborated to fashion an innovative marketing campaign targeting the women members of the credit union. The collaboration created a digital spokesperson, or spokeswoman, named Gabby -- a gal who has the gift of gab providing the women of Fort Worth Community with practical financial advice. 3rd Degree's Kande Hein joins us to discuss how this idea came about, how Gabby has performed, and her future plans.
