Community Choice Credit Union EVP/COO Dan Munro joined us on the program to share his credit union's story of branch evolution. Dan firmly believes the branch is not dead by any stretch of the imagination. It's just evolving.

That said, Community Choice saw an opportunity to convert an old gas station into a new location with a open design concept sans teller lines, creating a more consultative environment for members. The credit union successfully built its new branch and just opened a few weeks ago (Dec. 1) with great fanfare from its members already.

A great story all about seizing opportunity and making the most of it, as Community Choice successfully accomplished. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
