I loved this show Mike! Especially the speaker and topic.
We are a little credit union in Ohio (20 MIL) and we are busy with REFERRAL business. for secondary market origination of mortgages. We are partnered with a CUSO (MyCuMortgage/Wright Pat). We have a program where any of our members, or potential members that join, get free credit enhancement help as a service from the mortgage dept. if they need it. We glean all files for any sign of financial distress or restructuring and reach out to them. One of my borrowers just talked to Wells Fargo (they call as soon as a credit is pulled from another lender) and Wells said that we have such good rate to go to us No points! :)
Being trained in a hectic and busy mortgage origination brokerage and coming to the credit union world, I am thrilled to be able to deliver the service that the credit unions offer :)
