PSCU Chief Talent Officer Lynn Heckler opened the first international version of the Underground Collision with her keynote address that focused on credit unions need to learn how to digitize or their lunch will be eaten by encroaching fintechs. To digitize, Lynn added that credit unions need digital leadership and outlined keys to being a successful one -- so their shops will be successful in today's digital age, keeping those fintech disruptors at bay.

CU Solutions Group Chief Strategy Officer Dr. Brandi Stankovic epitomizes the statement: "If you want more, go get more." She is definitely somebody who doesn't wait for anything, she goes and gets it -- and that's why she's a huge success in this industry.
And that was her Underground Collision closing message to the packed room of young and established leaders: "It's up to you." I took that as nobody's going to give you anything, you have to go get it. Brandi also stated that you can be a lover and a fighter -- not one or the other; you can do both.
