PSCU Chief Growth Officer Brian Scott joined us in the Studio Lounge to talk about the many benefits digital card issuance provides credit unions today. And how do the benefits ultimately help the members in today's immediate, digital age.

Digital has become an extremely channel for credit unions and their members. What trends are you seeing take shape?

Brian discussed how PSCU launched a digital issuance solution in 2020 and has continued to keep a pulse on the popularity of this offering for its credit union owners. He addressed where this solution currently stands among all of the digital offerings PSCU provides.

In addition, Brian explained where he believes the future of digital issuance is going, as well as the future of digital offerings in general.

PSCU President/CEO Chuck Fagan stopped by the Studio Lounge to talk about being back in person for the 2022 Member Forum -- after three years of being virtual. For 2022, PSCU's Member Forum had nearly 1,200 attendees and almost 500 more watching online.

Obviously, a lot has changed over the past two years and Chuck shared some of PSCU's new offerings and solutions that were announced at the Member Forum this week. One of the big announcements was the launching of its cryptocurrency microsite for credit unions looking to enhance their education in this digital currency to possible offer some crypto services to members in the very near future.

Chuck also discussed PSCU launching digital consulting and advisory services practice through the CUSO's Advisors Plus program. These services help credit unions make informed decisions about their digital roadmaps and member journeys, while also positioning them for growth and success now and into the future.

Lastly, he shared how else PSCU is prepared to help credit unions navigate the dynamic payments landscape and transform tomorrow together, as well as key takeaways for credit union attendees.
