We spoke with a very happy and surprised Scott Collins, president of Xtend, who recently won NACUSO's 2011 CUSO of the Year. Scott admitted to being very surprised to win the prize but humbled as well because of the great company they were in regarding the nominees. Scott tells us about Xtend and why he believes they won this year and goes in-depth about Xtend's collaborative business model that has contributed greatly to the company's success -- and resulting award. Great to have Scott on the show and many congratulations to him and his team. Enjoy the program!

And withiCloud on the scene, looks like we won't be needing that desktop computer or laptop anymore. John, who's also CUNA Technology Council's Executive Committee, also talks about the cool new table kiosks at Red Robin restaurants and how credit unions could leverage this convenient technology. We include a number photos John took of the kiosk in our intro to give you a better idea of what it looks like. As always, John does a stellar job of entertaining while educating. Don't miss this episode -- a fantastic program!
Visit: Wescom Credit Union Wescom Resources Group CUNA Technology Council Like I say in my intro, I think NCUF's Lois Kitsch is probably the nicest person I've ever met. It was a true pleasure interviewing her on her responsibilities as National Program Director for the National Credit Union Foundation. But what was truly fascinating was her time abroad working with the WOCCU promoting credit unions throughout the globe -- specifically in Afghanistan and the Philippines. Her compelling stories of working in those two countries to help get credit unions going were riveting. Lois is also the recipient of two Herb Wegner Awards, she started the REAL Solutions program while at Filene, and she has many more accolades to her name. So take some time this weekend or over lunch and enjoy our conversation with NCUF's Lois Kitsch.
