Loved this interview and watched it twice, sent the link to four people already. I was around in the 90's and I can remember credit unions doing member surveys regarding the web and asking stupid questions like "Do you own a computer?" When members said "No" they were convinced they didn't need a website. What they should have asked was "Do you have access to a computer?" I learned quickly that Home Banking should have been called "Office banking" because many members logged into their account when they got to their desk in the morning. But I digress, this is super important that we "be out there." And don't go asking your members if they own an Alexa - they WILL and we need to be there when they do. Comments are closed.
