It's good to have folks out there like Filene looking out for the well being of credit unions. Case in point: Filene recently held a gathering of Google and Facebook reps informing an audience of credit union social media enthusiasts and neophytes on the do's and don'ts of digital branding. From that presentation, Filene put together a video "prezi" summary for those who couldn't make it. We invited Filene's Chief Research + Innovation Officer, George Hofheimer, on the show to divulge some of the event's findings.
