Frontwave Credit Union has undergone quite the transformation the last couple of years, rebranding from Pacific Marine Credit Union to now Frontwave Credit Union. This image refresh was all done to attract and retain younger members -- of which its average member age today is 37. A far cry from the industry average of 48 or 49 years old. They are definitely on the right track in continuing to achieve its goal of getting younger.
To continue walking its talk (or new image), Frontwave recently embarked on redesigning its branches. We took a trip to its most recent redesign to see for ourselves on what they've done to tie in its new look with it rebrand.
We spoke with Frontwave Chief Marketing Officer Todd Kern, Universal Service Reps Lily Christy and Paola Alegria, and Momentum President, Director of Client Strategy Mark Alguard to get their points of view, member feedback, philosophy behind the redesign, etc.
Amazing transformation. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
