With the many changes we've seen and experienced this year, 2020 should be the year of being agile. Credit unions, just like every other industry under the sun, had to change on a dime this year because of COVID. It was incredible to watch this wave of change sweep over the industry in such a short time to continue serving members. That's called being agile.
We invited PURE IT Credit Union Services VP of Business Development Kyle Stutzman and Purity Technology CEO Robbie Wright on the program to discuss what exactly being agile means in a technical sense and how it can certainly benefit a credit union in the midst of a crises. Both Kyle and Robbie talk about how this posture of being agile enables remote staff, allowing them to serve members in need.
This talk sets us up for being prepared for the next crises. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
