The acceleration of digital services for financial institutions this year has never been quicker -- for obvious reasons. But the truth is, it was coming anyway. COVID-19 simply forced many banks and credit unions' hands to get there much faster than previously planned.

• AI — human factor come into play. Credit union overcome analytical inclination and heed a compelling set of special circumstances to approve a risky loan
• AI (4 transformative dimensions) — predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, patronizing guidance, perceptual cognition

Again, these points are just the tip of the iceberg that Digital Life provides. I'm only halfway through it and I've dog-eared or highlighted every other page so far.
