Zogo recently held a webinar roundtable with Gen Z college students entitled: "5 college students reveal things they hate about their banks." It was a very revealing, 60-minute dialog that covered a myriad of banking and financial literacy topics.
In this clip, Zogo's Lucas Mill moderated the roundtable, asking the panelists about the state of mobile banking today -- sharing likes and dislikes. Lucas took a deeper dive and inquired if financial institutions should go "all in" on mobile or if people were still inclined to visit a branch or should everything be on the mobile.
If you're looking for inside info on Gen Z, here you go from the source. Check it out and let us know your thoughts. And if you want to see the entire replay, visit Zogo's website or YouTube channel.
