Dan Michaeli, CEO and co-founder of Glia, Karan Kashyap, CEO and co-founder of Posh Technologies, and Aaron Mickelson, director of digital experience of TwinStar Credit Union joined us on the show to share their experience on how Glia and Posh partnered to transform TwinStar Credit Union’s member service — deploying a member chat experience with automated and live-person support.
Dan, Karan, and Aaron discussed how the three organizations worked together to achieve this seamless process of member service support from chatbot to live-person assistance without any duplication.
Aaron provided the credit union perspective on how it has worked for them, as well as sharing some results so far. Dan and Karan talked about how their technologies work seamlessly together, so a "handoff" from bot to live-person is as natural as possible. They also hinted at what's next for this combined solution and it has a lot to do with voice technology.
