Coopera ConsultingCEO Victor Corro and Coopera Consulting Director of DEI Jennifer Esperanza (who has a Ph.D in Anthropology) joined us on the show to share latest activities at Coopera -- especially in the DEI area, where they are enhancing their efforts to help credit unions nationwide.
Both Victor and Jennifer discuss exactly what those efforts are, why they are upping their game in this department, and how these efforts will benefit the industry in the short- and long-term.
They also touched on other new services Coopera is offering credit unions to help them continually diversify. Victor added that the firm is transforming into a multi-cultural organization, leveraging their many years of Hispanic outreach experience to help other groups, as well.
