When a credit union rebrands, it's always fascinating to discover the backstory on why they made the move. Evangelical Christian Credit Union, in this case, is no different. They recently rebranded to AdelFi. But it was anything but a simple name change.
According to the credit union's Vice President of Marketing Jimmy Lee, it was very scientific and well-researched process -- even sharing why they left off the term "credit union."
Jimmy discussed why they chose the new name, AdelFi, along with the scientific process that led them to their successful rebrand. He also talked about reaction from members, goals for the credit with their new name, and advice he has for other credit unions looking to rebrand, as well.
