WebStrategies CEO Chris Leone and Director of Digital Marketing Brandon Frey joined us again for part two of our discussion from their recent survey: "The Consumer Banking Preferences & Behavior Report." To recap, Chris and Brandon surveyed 1,000 consumers to better understand their banking preferences, behaviors, and value drivers that will ultimately help credit unions attract and retain more members based on their evolving needs.
In part two, Chris discusses consumers' top value drivers when it comes to a banking relationship (i.e. what do people care most about). In addition, he shared which financial institutions are the best at those things: credit unions, banks, or online only banks.
Chris also turns the table and asks me, as a consumer, what my value drivers are when it comes to financial services.
