Digital Insight has launched a new service called Business Banking and plans to serve millions of small businesses nationwide -- which bodes well for credit unions looking to target this always-in-need-of-banking-services sector. After all, I keep reading on numerous business news sites that 2016 is the "Year of the Entrepreneur." Not sure what that means, but I like it because it's major part of what makes our country great -- and, on a more local level, means more opportunities for credit unions.
So we invited Digital Insight's Director of Business Banking David Potterton on the program to discuss, well, Business Banking: what's different about it, how it works, how it benefits credit unions, and how its already impacted its first credit union client.
