I saw First Tech Federal Credit Union's President and CEO Greg Mitchell speak at NAFCU's Strategic Growth Conference in San Diego a couple months ago on what credit unions need to do to survive in today's ever-changing environment. So naturally, I invited him on the show for him to provide his practical points on how not only to survive but thrive.
Some of the topics we discussed included "crutches and excuses," positive impact of in-house disruption, insightful advice for other CEOs looking to achieve what First Tech has achieved. And, lastly, Greg shows the results his credit union has experienced since a number of much-needed changes were implemented. Great story here with a ton of takeaways. Check it out and let us know what you think.
